Fuel the future with green hydrogen innovation

Blended, online learning, fully funded - the only commitment is your time.

RESEARCH IMPACT TRAINING:

Hydrogen

Green hydrogen has the potential to transform how we live, work, and power our world, but realising this future requires fresh thinking and innovation.

If you're an early career researcher in green hydrogen or sustainable energy, this EPSRC-funded training programme, delivered by SETsquared as part of the GW-SHIFT initiative, offers the skills, knowledge, and connections to turn your research into real-world impact.

You'll explore commercialisation pathways, develop leadership skills, and learn to bring your ideas to life through co-creation and spin-out ventures, all while joining a dynamic network driving the hydrogen transition across South Wales and the South West.

Next cohort dates:

You can apply for the training at any time. Once accepted, you’ll get immediate access to the online training materials so you can begin learning straight away. Then, you’ll join the next available series of live sessions to put your learning into practice.

Upcoming live sessions will run on Wednesdays in November (5th, 12th and 19th).

Hydrogen LAUNCHPAD

Green hydrogen is set to revolutionise how we live, work, and power our world. But to unlock its full potential, including its use as ammonia for storage, transport, and fuel, we need new ideas, technologies, and fresh approaches.

If you’re working on a clean hydrogen idea, whether it’s a product, service, strategy, or start-up, this hands-on programme will help you develop it into a viable business opportunity. Whether you’re a researcher, innovator, or entrepreneur, we’ll give you the tools, support, and connections to thrive in the growing hydrogen economy.
